Shipping policy

Please allow up to 5 business days for processing before shipping. The shipping and handling cost for your order is based on the total weight of the order. Orders are only shipped on business days, Monday-Friday, excluding state holidays and tracking is provided once the order has been fulfilled.

*At the discretion of our management, we may require photographic evidence to support claims for damages.

Please note that once your package is in the hands of USPS, we have no control as to when you will actually receive the package(s). During the holiday season delivery make take longer.

We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages under any circumstance. If package(s) is marked “delivered” but you have not received your order, you will need to make a claim with USPS. By purchasing from Living Water Unique Blends you agree to these terms.
